About Mignon

Mignon is a Timorese artist, mostly self-taught, who can work with several different artistic media, from traditional to digital. She has participated in several exhibitions in Portugal (Since 2009) with oil paintings and charcoal, and was part of the 3D painting and 2D artwork in the first Portuguese cartoon show Mourinho and The Special Ones (2012-13). She is currently studying Motion Graphic Design and animation and Adobe After Effects (2013). Her varied portfolio fits her innovative and mixed art style, and her main influences are classics like Alphonse Mucha, the pre-raphaelite John William Waterhouse, Yoshitaka Amano, Audrey Kawasaki, Adam Hughes, Bao Pham, and many others.
